I rarely notice when my inbox is full, can't we get some better visible note for this?

I see no negative with this, but at the same time no positive benefits.. maybe if you could do something in paint to describe more what you're looking for you'd catch more people's intrest.

or something lilke that smile

You can still receive PMs when your box is full. If you use it normally, you wont even see a difference
