List your favorite forums, and website hosting. ive had experience with several. but if your tight on money ide reccomend www.freehostia.com, or www.110mb.com

we were on freehostia before, their customer service was good but they were down almost half of the time

Forumotion definately. You can do so much with their forums from template editing, theme uploading, pure HTML page creating...they are the best i have been with.

I wouldnt used any freee forum service since there will be no way to modify the files or code your own functions
