yes it is legal, but it is at your own risk.
and prices vary.
ive seen anywhere from 100fg-250fg for 1 set.

Do trusted people mediate this ? or you make the trade at your own risk without support from the moderators/mediators of the site ? |

most likely at your own risk
unless trusted wants to install the game with your cd-key and check

I would recommend you specify in the thread that you reserve the right to undo the trade for a couple days after the trade. That way if the key doesn't work or someone else is using it you can get back your fg, and if they are unwilling you will be able to get them locked.
Just an idea of course, I've never actually bought or sold a CD key so I really don't know how the process goes.

You honestly think the kid who is going to sell you a CDKey that doesn't work is going to be the one to allow you to call a re-trade on the spot?
To be the safest, buy them from Trusted/Mediators/Moderators, not someone who just made an account 2 days ago and wants to trade them.
Or you can dish out 4$ and buy a pack from a trading website for the quickest/safest way.
