So, I've been looking at external hard drives lately and have almost decided to order this one here

That actually a damn good deal , cause when I last gotten a ext. hard drive is was only 250 gb for 92 $ from that same site a few year ago. Now you can get 3/4 more then that & it a sata drive as well smile

I say go for it. Hell newegg.com is where I've bought all my pc parts for under 400$ except the graphic card.

I would recommend anything Western Digital or Seagate just because they are reputable with good drives and have lengthy warranties. Some people like Seagate some people like Western Digital (I personally like this one more). Are you just looking for 1TB or less? I got a external 640gb at best buy for 90.00

they are even cheaper now

u may want to look into SATA if you have any interest in using it with a DVR Tivo with your Tv
