So my friend made this sick sig for himself but has family matters to take care of sooo i am looking for someone else to create me one

I want something like this using the colors red/black possibly green highlight

I like the green highlight he has, and my fav colors are red/black soo see what yall can do, looking for the graffiti design to it but not so much that it would be hard to read.
