| I see that everyone has a place for reputaion. what gives a good reputaion is a mod within your posts or is it something a moderator or administrator gives? |

anybody can give anybody reputation. just click the yellow "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" icon to give them a rep point. make sure to specify why you are repping them, though
