Make a new one(topic) recommend that you give the site all of the scammed money to hold for the user who was scammed, to claim at their leisure if they are not reachable to repay.

I did open a new topic at once. Nate/Cinemax closed it and told me to stick to my old topic, and then Nate also told me not to bump my topic and that they would post an update when there was one.
Last post was July 26 by Cinemax, but nothing helpful as to how/when I can pay back. |

Make the suggestion of paying the money to the site, to be claimed by the scammed when ever possible.. If they never turn up the site get's free money in the long run.. And you have repaid the scams.. You can also offer a gratuity onto of that as a piece of mind to help rebuild trust in you.
This wouldn't be bumping your current thread, it would be an update of circumstance and a new viable path to partake.
