Method: No Paypal
I put a worthless item on the Steam market, you buy it for my price, and I send you the fg for that amount. I don't mind doing this in increments.
Your steam account must be eligible for steam market. Generally you need an account that hasnt changed password in last 7 days and has purchased a game and at least a month has passed since. You should make sure your account is eligible.
Scenario:
You login to your steam account, and link your paypal or credit card to steam. (your steam account must be eligible for market)
Steam market is a place like Diablo 3 AH, in which Steam gets a %15 cut for everything sold ( I will lose that %15, not you)
I put a steam item worth 0.1 $ on market for 50$ (price is an example), you buy it, I get 43$, I send you fg worth 50$
All steam market sales are final, so there is no way for you to reverse that purchase from market.

Bitcoins is something to look into.
It accomplishes what you need done, but seems to be much less of a hassle and you don't need to take a %15 bite.
can't be reversed and it even makes using a mediator possible.

1) Takes at most 10 mins depending on number of increments
2) Yes you can use money on paypal.
All you need is a steam account that purchased a game and at least 30 days passed since, and password is not changed in 7 days. |
