I just lost my money after an "unauthorized access" claim. No matter what you do, DO NOT accept payment from paypal as you'll ALWAYS lose. No matter the evidence I've uploaded, they didn't even waste their time on it.
Whether it's a "gift" or "no chargebacks" in the description, you'll still lose.
The person who scammed me is torrunt, but there's no point in banning him since he can easily just remake new account. |

The point is, he's not going to ask for a "claim for items not received", he'll initiate an "unauthorized access", this mean's that he got keylogged (which is bullsht), but since this is for virtual goods, paypal won't be bothered to waste their time to investigate the ip address of the payer. They'll just reverse the transaction and close the case.

I'm just saying, your chance of getting ANYTHING back is slim since you've already "broke the rules" by trading virtual goods, you're at wrong in the first place. You've also received the payment as "GIFT" which is also breaking their rules and they have leverage to even close your account depending on their stance of this matter. When you call them, they'll most likely ask "why are you selling virtual goods knowing we don't accept it?" or "why are you using our GIFT feature to sell your virtual goods when this is usually to avoid paying fees and taxes". How would you respond to them? The evidence you'll be able to provide to them will be irrelevant. |

Even after the person who scammed me got his money back and I lost my fg, at the end of the day, it's still just virtual goods. No need to be too angry about it. You can look at it this way, there's actually people in this world who scams pixels and sht. Think about what their life is like that they gotta resort to this. Those people must be some sad motherfkers.
This is how I look at my loss. I've had fun with the game. If I get anything out of it after I quit such as selling the ingame goods, then great. If not, no biggy, I've already had fun. |

There is no way, that's why paypal clearly states that sellers of virtual goods have ZERO PROTECTION. This means they don't give a shit whether you gave them the pixels or not. An "unauthorized access" means the buyer claims he's not the one whom sent the payment, so paypal will reverse the transaction regardless. |

You know what's "unauthorized access" ? He's saying "Yo mang I didn't sent the payment, someone hacked my computer and sent the payment, not me".
Most virtual goods sellers no longer accept paypal as payment because of this "unauthorized access" bullsht.
Edit:
Even if you got proof that he received the virtual goods, paypal will assume that the recipient of the goods is a hacker and not the original owner of the paypal account, they'll reverse the transaction but they believe sellers of virtual goods don't really lose anything with values since it's not tangible.

Hokay so, here's what ya do to fix this little issue.
Is you make 2 paypal accounts, 1 verified 1 un verified. Now you accept the money on the unverified account, when the money is accepted you immediately send it to the verified account as a purchase. Now if they do charge back what will happen is the first account that is un verified to begin with and is expendable will then be put into negative and in order to use it again you will need to pay the negative. How ever you only made the account so it can be thrown away so who cares! Safe paypal trading, GL. _____________________ Why you can trust me:

Bred you are wrong on the second unverified account part since if that account goes to negative
you won't hear nothing from PayPal for like 25-35 days then suddenly you'll receive an Email saying "Please resolve your Balance" or something like that and in the Email there is some information like
an collections agency will be involved if you don't resolve the balance, they also contact your Phone Number (If you added it onto the PayPal account) if you didn't I'm sure they have a way
to find out who you are (101% sure they know how to and they will use it when the right time comes). Inside the Email it also states that you can Contact them regarding this issue and stuff, etc...

Are you nuts? i out smart the government never mind paypal.
My PayPal is Barrack Obama My phone number is 555-555-5555, My e-mail is only linked to the paypal and the e-mail name is Barrack Obama. So please tell me how Paypal will find me. Will they IP ban me? i use starbucks, will they come to my address "the white house" there literally is no way to find me without a serious police investigation.
Barrack Obama Purchased a lovely chair from bredvc @ paypal. It was received and he loved it. Safe.
As for the money when it's in the negative the person who is disputing will not get any money back and Paypal will not lose any money compensating them.

Lol they can also investigate the account where you've sent the money to...unless you only going to do it ONCE, so be it. If you gonna do it the second time, and it's sent to the SAME paypal account...you have a problem. Unless you don't ever use your main paypal account to make a purchase which will be linked to your address, you'll ALWAYS get caught. Sometimes organizations spend more money than they can recoup from catching certain people so others won't follow them. Just like how certain countries execute one person so the rest will fear the consequences.
EDIT: and lets be honest, if you're THAT smart, you wouldn't even be wasting your time scamming/buying fg for $5-10. You'd be making big bucks in the real world. If you do end up wanting fg, you'd just purchase it from d2jsp. It'd be a waste of your ingenius brain on something as trivial as spamming "bump/wtb fg/wts fg".

No that's like charging someone with possession because you smell marijuana, example: Barrack Obama has a favourite ebay supplier for these beautiful leather chairs, done.
Also if you don't want a huge paper trail, you can do a couple transactions on the dummy account, then make a new one! in 5 minutes. _____________________ Why you can trust me:

Anyone who's reading this thread should NOT listen to Bred, as his suggestions is PURELY speculations which carries huge risks. I can guarantee that he himself will not do what he's suggested, because he probably know better than to pull shit like this and thinks he'll be able to get away with it. I'd rather be save than risk myself for some fg/little money. |
