We were suppose to do a 10kfg trade.
We agree'd to do it in two incriments. 2k and 8k.
He sent me the 2kfg first, I sent him $18 via paypal.
Then he vanished.
No harm no foul, just strange. I'll follow up if he comes back and I find it was an reasonable reason for him to take off mid-trade.

It appears he just lost his internet connection for about an hour. So all is well he contacted me to finish the agree'd upon trade.

Update #2
He came back from being away for an hour with an internet outage and then proceeded to keep me waiting up until now to finish our agree'd upon trade.
He claimed he was busy with another trade right now so he couldn't complete ours.
I'm going to chaulk this one up to a shady person, and approach one of the other sellers here for the remaining fg I would like to purchase.
Saw the locked tag, decided to give him a shot anyway, wasted my time. Be warned this is a shady one. You fool me once, shame on you, there won't be a second time.
