so basically 2 users have given my a different answer

cinemax - "It's just his opinion, there is no conclusive statement that says your a scammer it merely states he does not agree to trade with you."

cory - "You spammed reps to people who you never traded with who are great members of this community just to be a nuisance.

Your reps will not be removed."

so cinemax says a user that has never traded with me can rep me his opinion,cory says i can't rep people i never trade with
how is that fair? if a user can rep me saying "don't trade with this user" i better as hell be allowed to rep people my opinion
