I'm almost 100% positive you lose the DF Access on D2JSP with a locked account until it's resolved.

You may want to inquire with someone like $hak or Ref.

your all wrong.

Locked + Scammer tagged users DO NOT lose df access unless they violate one of the DF rules as well.

Been using it for years and am well known on it.
