I believe locked/scammer users need to have their situation resolved before making any more trades. To limit their restriction from posting, we will allow them to enter two forums.
The first forum is Battlefield, THIS PLACE IS NOT MODERATED, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The second forum is Scammer/Reputation Complaints, a place where they can repay/resolve their scamming/locked issue.
