its illegal by Paul taulborg point of view but many user will do it since no one will spend $100 for 3k fgs where you can get it here for 66% off

it depends , some sellers sell at higher price but they won't scam you

sometimes new user (mostly multi / scammer) sell at low price they scam that's why using a mediator or advisors or people kinda trusted here is better to avoid those stupid kids
