Selling D3 account (DH, NA)

I want to quit the game so I'm selling the account here, hoping someone will buy it. I'm asking for only 100$, I'll give you account info, the email (it's an email made for the game), the emergency email info, and the game Diablo 3 (with all the CD keys).

The account includes a Demon Hunter with over 220 hours of game time level 60,
it includes a Wizard that is level 39 I think, and a level 7 hardcore barbarian. It includes 2.5 million golds, infernal staff of herding, every items stored in AH, every items stored in stash.

You can pay by Paypal (I'm not very comfortable with it though, and I didn't link any credit cards or bank account to it, and it's a really basic account).

I'd rather you pay by Riot Points (League of Legends) or by Paysafe Cards.

If you don't trust me when buying the account, we can always ask for a middleman. If not, I thought we could do like so:
1) I give you ID and PW
2) You confirm the info is working, you pay me 60$
3) I give you authentificator code and email info + emergency email
4) You pay me 40$
5) I'll give you the secret answer to the question, I'll remove the authentificator

That's the best solution I found so we're both secure. Else, a middle man is always a good way to trade these stuff.
