what makes it near perf?, i see similar ones in ah going for 300k

The stat rolls are 1-2 stats off each of the max stats (aside from the 2 random stats, lightning resist/all resist). 300k for the ring is strongly underpriced, buy that one if you disagree with this price.
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/eternal-union is the possible stats on it; 3 dex, 2 vit, 1 life per second off of perfect. The resists on it aren't amazing, however the other stats being as well rolled as they are make up for it.

Reduced damage from melee attacks is another stat many monks/barbs look for.

there is a reason they are introducing a legendary patch that focuses only on legendary items.

they are ramping up the stats of newely droped legendary items because the current ones are shitty.... sorry but that ring just aint worth much.

you can find higher dex/vit with 40+ res and a socket for 1-2 mill.
hell i can get one with those mods + attack speed for 2 mill

regardless... lmk if you come up with a reasonable bin
