any reason why moneybookers instead of paypal?

edit: ya i'd prefer to use paypal since i've been using it for almost 10 years. moneybookers is new to me and when it gets reviews like this: http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews126088.html#Reviews ... it's not ideal for me

I am curious to this as well. I looked into money bookers, but I was really tired. Does it work the same way? Also what about the charge back policy for money bookers? I want to know this because I do not want to get charge backed from someone I sell too
