this is not a joke. the account is not worth even 5 dollars. mw2 goes for 5 usd on sale and cs can be traded for for basically very little. any normal person would prefer to have those games on their own accounts. Add to it the risk of you recovering the account, and my estimate of 5 dollars goes down to nothing.
