Since there's a Battlefield, can you possibly add a Peace Zone?

A place where you can be extremely nice and is heavily moderated.

The battlefield is only made to have one forum for basically a free for all, and to negate rules in just one forum.

Just use General Chat, there isn't supposed to be flaming in there anyways.
