Okay.. not gunna name any names but..

I have this friend on D2, I've only known him about a month. But I trust him.

He is Scammer/Locked On D2Jsp.

We get along great, were good pals.

I tell him that I am selling my druid.

He says, awe nice. I've been looking for one.

He says hell give me a perm btals for it T_T

Now, my druid isnt worht a perm btal, but it isnt total shit either

So, I tell him that we will do minor testing, and if all goes well... then we
will trade.

So, after about 20 duel games... and over 100 baal games.. we trade

The btals poofs 4-5 hours later. (Game: Duel)
(just fyi)

In the short time that I have the btals, he loses about 15kfg worth of items due to someone hacking his friends account (he xfered with the hacker).

I tell him that the btals poofs. I don't flame or anything, i just tell the facts and ask for a refund. After yelling at the world. he logs off.

He logs on about an hour later, saying that he yelled etc.

and says " Sawyer make a game so we can talk about your refund "

So... I make a game.

We talk about it, and we agree to a partial refund now, and the rest of it later ( because he just lost so much)

He gives me rune slipper boots, and perf +210 def rends.

He states that they are perm

Today. ( 2 Days after recieving the partial refund ) The rune slippers poof in a duel game.

Now, my question is....

How the fuck do i handle this situation?

Any suggestions would help.

I dunno... u tell him it poofed but u prob wont gain anything from it right? so... I guess u have to let it drop :S
