whenever u edit anything, ALWAYS back the original up.... So many people have screwed themselves on that one...

The error says that there is a problem in your NTSnagIt.ntl file at line 111. The specific error is the variable _item is undefined, thus D2NT can not tell you what _item's name is. If you have edited that file recently I would suggest you either fix or replace it depending on how competent you are with javascript. If you haven't touched that file you likely screwed something else up in a different file that would be related to that bit of code.
