Is there someone whos using hotspot shield program?

Im asking if there is some way to connect to diablo 2 while hotspot shield is on

Cuz im getting stuck at : connecting to the fastest server when im gonna login into my account at diablo 2

Hotspot shield will not work with Diablo 2

Use redvex ip changer if you want to succesfully change your ip to blizz

The thing is that im banned at d2jsp as fast as i make a new account it gets banned and says: Accound disabled, so do redvex ip changer hide me from this? Hotspot shield apparently did but i cannot play diablo while its on.
