Create the account from another IP, make few posts and join jsp from your IP few days later.
It worked several times for me 
Next week i will make several acc's from a different IP. But the main problem might be the different countries...

I've even bought accounts from other people and still got banned in like 5 seconds after logging in. |

Read my post? It works trust me.. Be certain the ip is clean and isn't connected to other d2jsp accounts though. |
Using someone else's working account works a lot better than making a fresh one.
And I've already tried making other accounts with other IPs. I don't even get 1 post out.
I'm pretty high up on d2jsp's shit list.

I had more then 200+ accounts on jsp and i mention there the ones that i could use and didnt got banned or disabled.
Few weeks ago i gaved mu main account on jsp to a friend and he use it pretty good. And he had same problem as yours.
I'm curentli also have another acc's in use and all work, but i try to create a new one from home will get me disabled in max 30min. But making it from any other place worked fine and re-posted from home after few days of being offline.

Yeah, exactly Best option would be to get the account from someone else.
I can search for one of mine and give it to you and test it for few days and see if works.

Yeah I am.. I'm a big time donor and one day pauil just decided to ban my account, disable all accounts that have the same mac address as me, disable/delete accounts related to me, and my ip address. |

I have a feeling that i was and still am.
First account on jsp was in early 2005 and had too much to remember with stars,df , guilds and so on.
As a little story: Njag pm'ed me once on my main acc at that time and told me something like " man stop making other new accounts!! you got too many" , i said " only have this and one's of mu btother" and he said "well do you have thousands of brothers? i doubt" 
And i had a break of making new acc's from that moment. |

Changed my IP.
Made an account.

New modem won't change your adapter's mac address, and I don't think it changes the IP address your ISP assigns to you.

i use comcast so i only know about comcast and when you get a new modem it changes the IP address
and router doesnt carry ip address
