Well I don't have one , but as far as I know , you should be able to transfer it.
Go to your profile --> Members++ there should be an icon to send it or I don't know 
Who are you gonna sell it ? ^^

once equipped, the item itself has been used, you can only leave the group but you dont get it back from what i know.
asked in the staff forum back then when i got the jm tag.

As long as you haven't used it you should be able to trade it just like any other item.

this is correct. I do not know if you can transfer them if you do not use them.
