imo the best cheap build for pvp is amazon

9es staff in stash

stats:
str -> enough for gear
dex -> 0
vita -> 100 (without any gear on)
evergy -> rest

skills:
20fire bolt
20 fire ball
20 fire mastery
1 warmth
20 meteor
rest -> telekines

prebuff es before dueling (es comes from staff)

20 meteor

If you max telekinesis last you won't be that good in defensively. The point of this is to max telekinesis but not touch es = saving several skill points.

iirc you can get 20 in fbolt fball meteor and ~ 16 in fire mastery @ lvl 90
