Thing is, if there is 8 people in the Throne (all in the same party), you'll get trash exp from wave 2.
With 7 people in the party, you'll get way better exp from wave 2.
It has been tested, has been proved, I had 2x 98's, friend had 2x 99's, we tried it, so I know it works.
If there are 8 people in the party, 1 of them is in town during wave 2, you'll still get nice exp. The ONLY time you won't get good exp during wave 2 is if there are 8 people in the party, all in the Throne near Baal.
It doesn't matter if it's the lowest level who leaves the party. As long as there're not 8 people in the same party in the Throne.
Exp from waves 3-4-5 will be the same though. Only works for the wave 2.
Anyone saying otherwise haven't tested it, or tested it wrong.
No idea why it's like that.  |
