"X" get locked for scam
"A" chargeback , get money back
"X" wants to be unlocked

Chances are if you had no intentions of paying back, and thats 100% obvious within the first few days of the dispute. You will remain scammer tagged.
Shouldn't attempt to scam int he first place if you wish to have a solid reputation and a clean record.

The moral of the story is, if you scam someone then they chargeback should you remain locked.. Answer's yes, nobody likes you.
