There is such thing as 1 day ban , 1 week ban , 1 month ban , 1 year ban & perm ban. Keep that in mind

yes but ive seen him get banned/unbanned all withen less then an hour |

Do it really matter? If need be suggest about it in the right forum like site bugs/suggestion , maybe it a glicht or maybe a tt is piss off at him whom know idk..
