- inability to post in selling and trading until repayed
- inability to use your VIP tag rights until scammer tag removed (no spam flood, closing your topic)
- inability to remove warns until repayed
- inability to access Donor forums
- inability to pm anyone but members on staff team
This will prevent scammers who offer to send uf and then charge back
and send a better message to scammers , because its way too lenient atm
especially with scammers trading in S&T

See, that would be all good, but most people that are scammers just make multi's.
You don't often see many people around here with scammer tags.
[None that are active anymore at least.]

Also, scammers are not allowed to trade.
So make sure to report any trades that a scammer tagged users post if it seems funny. 
Locked users too.

I've seen some locked/scammer users trading in Selling and Trading

Why would the tag be be taken away when it's replaced by the Scammer tag?? The person brought this fair and square. It has been claimed that the tag does not proove anything yet you want it to get taken away when locked/scammer tagged..

Once again, if you have donor forum access it is because you donated. It shouldnt matter if you scammed or not, you still paid money from your own pocket and donated it. There's no scamming in the Donor Forum anyways I think (?)

How would we (refering to me as im L/S tagged) repay a scam if we could not (in my case) trade $$ for jsp fg, then repay with the fg scammed? I doubt any moderator has the time nor the will to be a middleman by pm-trades.
I had a topic violation about 8 hours ago and I pmd 2 mods and noone replied or bother clicking the topic so I fail to see this working, ever.

People dont need to be careful, they need to read. Noone should ever trade with a L/S tagged user but if they do they need to make sure that the payment is firm and cannot be chargebacked. In other words, this has nothing to do with the scammer but the one trading with the scammer. |

I am not pointing at you or anyone else, imho after someone scammed they should barely have any rights on this forum, I don't see how you can let scammers use privileges like this

No worries, I took myself as an example as I am in this very situation.
I want to repay and I need rights to do so. Most scammers fade away pretty quickly anyways, I personally think that you should ban scammers the second they scam if they are not willing to repay. |

Get a better IP tracing script for the site, and ban scammers right off the bat.
