Here is where you guys vote on what you want the members++ name to be changed too.
There's a few options here. PM me or post if you have a good idea for a name.
Also if the color were to be changed from blue to something else which color would you like post..

The whole reason we're chnging it is to not look like d2jsp.. right?
The ++ would still be copying.
And probably give off the same message when they see the ++.

so true. I think none of those make sense if you want to have a long term site . I think members ++ was a rushed idea. I dont think it matters about d2jsp as far as the name is concerned. This is d3jsp.org Get a membership that will help THIS site. I think whats called " members ++" Should be changed to something that signifies support of this site. Even if people trade/buy to get it it should say that they basically bought it to help d3jsp.org . V.I.P. Does not suggest this and 2500 fg club does not either. I think mods should take more effort to become apart of thier biggest section of their forum. The selling forum . Why would you promote a trade mod that doesnt even trade on that forum? I understand not taking cash via paypal for fg but you could atleast hold fg while somebody sent cash via w/u or ps or atleast verify a person had the fg to sell . Ive been scammed for atleast $300 worth of product using this site but I have also met a few nice people . D2jsp owns because thier fg has value . This site could have fg = value if they tried though too . I know 4 other sites besides d2jsp that i trade on and i know it works . Lets make the sale of d2jsp fg not the biggest point of this website . There are too many people here that are cool and I dont think you understand the worth of selling game items on a website that is trusted . I would help make this site grow if I could but Im not allowed .

you fall in that 1% that has the tag and didn't donate for it. for the very vast majority of users the tag was purchased.
the donor++ wouldn't give off the same message at all. it would mean what it actually is, a tag that you must donate to get. donors are not trusted on d2jsp, in fact some peeps with cute donor stars actually proved to be the biggest scammers (morfessa, fleef, etc), which is why donor++ or ANY name change will be beneficial.
you're also highly against VIP because it sounds like it should be better than M++. this isn't a law or philosophy class, this is the internet. people that come here are primarily from d2jsp where no VIP exists. naturally when they see VIP their first inclination would be to find SOME information regarding it.
any change is a good change. ancients, jagar, cocacola, and i'm sure countless others scammed people by making full use of the m++ advantage and seeking out (lazy) new comers who were complacent because they thought the members were trusted. it isn't really a coincidence why all of them voted against the name change. |
