Yes, you can chargeback.
I did a trade with someone before, my items for their FG.
About a day later, njaguar seized the traded FG from me and I was like "WTF" and he told me it's because the guy charged back so he got his money back. He got my items, and I didn't gain anything from it.

| and i just realized something. he couldn't do shit because people "donate" money for fg on his site, so that if the site went to hell he wouldn't be liable for anyone's lost funds. it works both ways, he can't sue anyone because they charged back a donation |
