Hi, first i would like to say that i like this site very much, but it suffers very much from scammers. New legit users are instantly attacked by people with fraud intentions and there for very few people getting a success here and staying. U can see that there is always as much activity in the S/A as there is in the trade section. Imagine if the site grew with 1000%.
My idea to the site is that u make it illegal to trade d2jsp fg in bigger ammounts than 20$ at a time.
This will decrease the chance of scams and illuminate the chargeback since it's simply not worth it to chargeback for small ammount and paypal will fast close the account which have chargeback more than one time.

This is a good idea, I think you need to seriously be thinking about doing something like this. Topics that violates this suggested rule will be locked at sight and anyone who is not willing to follow it will be warned or suspended.
One thing though, have you thought about trades other than those concerning d2jsp stuf?
Runescape accounts, Steam accounts, IRL items, bulk items for $, not to mention bulk anni trades versus $.
Would they be ''capped' too? I think it would create problems. The main reason people come to this site is to, trade jsp stuf and other trades that would be illegal at other sites. If these trades would be capped, I dont think we would gain more members. It would be just like the D2jsp forums >_<

Ingame stuff can be traded via medi. I dont know if d3jsp even support account selling (i dont think so) because its very risky and ALSO easy to abuse. No one can be sure the account wont be closed when logged in to.
Well, most scams i've seen is vs d2jsp fg. I would believe 90% of scams has something to do with fg/paypal including my own case of 126$ with Flavor. |

true, but d3jsp can still make there own rules.
Also if paypal's claims keep associating back to d3jsp they could get problems with paypal's policy.
Eveytime there is a claim of chargeback the case is investigated.
