Obviously theres a ton of other homes but this far these three stick out. We need something that will comfortably fit our growing three sons as well as Melissa and myself. A nice fenced in yard would be great. Also super fast internet connection availabilty is a MUST too.

number 1 is pretty sweet looking, but maybe visit it and check out the size of it, the pictures were not up to my standards lol

number 2's inside is beautiful and spacious looking (maybe not for little kids depending on how stable some of the design aspects are. As for the outside of the house... boring old suburban look with red brick. booring but a good house

number 3 you dont want number 3, there is no shade in your yard!

Nope not yet. We wont be doing any moves until after winter anyway. My mother was also a real estate agent years ago and at one time her and I owned nine properties plus my best bud is a real estate attorney so I think we should have most of the bases covered. Housing is very cheap down here which is kinda nice too. Moving is one of the shittiest things to do in life but we are outgrowing our current house and that aqua blue shit has gotta go !

Agreed. The pics need more detail. Good looking out on the SHADE aspect..
Atm #1 has my attention. The pond/lake is very cool and it has a bar which is a plus. Another nice perk is that it has an "Inlaw Apartment" separate from the main house which could be rented or turned into a great gaming room. The house is also partly furnished I believe.

I appreciate your input bud, I will post some others as well, if you dont mind feel free to post advice/crisitsism etc. Its much appreciated.

ya out of all the ones you showed number 1 is my favorite, i mean if you didnt have small kids number 2 would be SAWEET. but i get the feeling that with youngsters running around, you would have alot of accidents.

Is the post above your current house? or anohter potential. because damn man, i understand contrast but wtf is with that sky blue lol tongue

shade is key, without shade your house will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. also try and find houses designed properly for maximum sun absorbtion through windows.

only time can tell

1st house imo, i wish i had so much liquor when i was a kind, it would have been a pretty nice childhood.

seriusly, first house seems like a nice place to grow up.

Mhmm, second house isn't too bad, third house looks lonely, and first one looks like that dream home that everyone wants on a waterfront.

Who is this time? I will ask him personally!

I kinda like the second house. It's the biggest, it looks nice from the outside, the
yard looks nice, the kitchen is really sweet, the outside place looks nice, etc.

Don't base your decision on stuff that's easy to fix. Like putting up a fence in the
yard, it shouldn't be that hard to do yourself. And if you really want a bar it
shouldn't be that hard to fix either (I think).

Personally I wouldn't want to have a pond/lake near my house. It might come ducks
or something to your house, lol.

Just my opinon ofc. Good luck smile
