Dziś, po raz kolejny, jadąc pojazdem szynowym Komunikacyjnego Związku Komunalnego Górnośląskiego Okręgu Przemysłowego bez ważnego biletu otrzymałem mandat karny w wysokości 90 zł, co sprawia, że moje zadłużenie w tymże przedsiębiorstwie, jak i w "skarbówce" wzrasta.
