Increases attack and defense by quite a bit for 60 rounds. It's basically an upgraded version of coconut halves.
Where as the ent increases attack and defense by about 1/2 the amount for 75 rounds but also fights with you in battle and adds an extra travel.

In the end it's still just a matter of preference.
