Can some1 tell me why, when i was banned b4 4 years from other IP for spamming and when i create new acc or login with my (unbanned now) account there, i cant post topics or use fg in the twice accs?

You were probably banned again.
Did you use the same password on both accounts?
Because that's usually auto ban.

You gotta watch your ip adress on there bro as well. If you can figure out how to change the last 7 digits of your ip, or even hard mod your mac address you will be fine. My best is to go to a public place and try from there, ie a starbux or even a burger king with free wifi and see how that works.
