I was dueling with my smit on a duel game,when someone droped a perfect tyrael armor. I killed him accidently, and i took tyrael armor.

What will you do at my place?

Me ,first he told i wer a 'NIGGA' when he droped hisself his armor. Then he made a sad face - =( . Now i see that he were only sad to loose it, the insult he send me,was only because he lost it? Thats right, people erage when they do dont have the right & Justice. I wish you know what i mean..

So , i gave him the armor, i know its an expensive armor, but i think he worked very hard to get it, il take an example on: you play 4 years to diablo, you never been scammed, your a RICH RICH PERSON , then you got scammed, all your things, how will your act? .Will you be sad? Will you erage? .

So what i want to say, dont scam people, you only make sadness & sorrow in the world. The act i did was the best thing to do.

Rich or poor, try to found your own solution to get money, dont broke people dreams and all the work made .

(ps , it can be on soemone you dont know! )

I would have sold it depending on who it was.

Just being honest, if they politely asked for it back i would have given it back no doubt, But if they take the offense and start calling me names before asking for it back. Hell no, id sell it to charsi.

well like grego said, if they seemed like a nice person and whatnot i'd give it back, but if they were like one of those e-raged racist punks i'd probably give it to charsi or something, or donate it to someone who really deserves it. although one slight variation from his idea would be that I would look at what kind of person they were before they lost it, since the stress might make them do stuff they normally wouldnt (although if it was really extreme i might reconsider too). and also i think that in this situation it's not so much temptation being the main factor, since if they were being a real douche i'd probably wanna "learn 'em a lesson".
