Ok, well I started playing again, but the problem is about every time I log off my account I get the message "diablo 2 could not connect to the server realm, please make sure that the 6112 port and firewall are enabled/disabled"
I've made sure that firewall allows 6112 port for D2, but it keeps doing it..
Should i reinstall d2 with a diff cd key?

Other than a firewall, this happens when the ladder resets.
See if this link helps you.

Hello, Cellular connections as well as sat. connections are too unstable and are not meant for gaming. Due to this and other issue we do not support them. However by us not supporting them does not mean it cannot work it just means that we cannot help troubleshoot or resolve these connection issues. In a since it is a use at own risk scenario. Regards, Jeremiah A.Customer ServicesBlizzard Entertainmentwww.blizzard.com/support -----Original Message-----From: megafusion555@hotmail.com matej jezovicaTo: jeremiaha.support@blizzard.comSent: 8/16/2010 9:42:27 AMSubject: RE: [en]Diablo II -- Connection Issues How can cellular connections not be supported, if I was able to connect to battle.net a year ago with no problems, yet now it only connects occasionally, and plus after leaving a game the connection is lost. Did you change it with patch 1.13? > From: jeremiaha.support@blizzard.com> To: megafusion555@hotmail.com> CC:> Subject: Re: [en]Diablo II -- Connection Issues> Date: Sun, 15 Aug 2010 22:41:15 -0700>> Hello,>> The bad news is that cellular/satilite connections are not a supported internet connection. Everything went smoothly, until I got to realm US.East and tried to connect. The same message would keep showing up " Diablo 2 was unable to connect to the realm server....... Make sure your connection is working properly and your firewall has port 6112 open.> So, I made sure to run Diablo 2 so that it is compatible with windows Xp under properties, I added Diablo 2 to the windows firewall exception list, I added port 6112 (under the name Battle.net) and port 4000(under the name open Battle.net) just as I read on the support site. But the same constant message keeps appearing. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection- it is a mobile dialup more specifically Orange Huawei Mobile Connect E270/ HSDPA USB Modem, so there shouldn't be a problem there. I was never banned, so there shouldn't be a problem with the cd key, and I definetly should not have any temporary restrictions. Any other help/advice would help.

Lol that's what Blizzard sent me...
