Paypal:open,dispute then close.

| i think what dispute and then undispute means is...since ur are the one sending the money..after u send it you can go somewhere on ur paypal account and claim a dispute of ur transaction saying you were scammed only or didnt get ur stuff..or just make a lie..then paypal will take the money u sent back and hold it and review the case...after that u retract ur dispute and paypal will give the money back to the other person u originally sent too... |

no once you close it the money is sent, if you pend the money being sent it will take a week or so and in that time you could file a chargeback and get your money back
