He told me he was sending as personal and he even screen shots the transaction as not being able to open up the case as a dispute.
It's okay, because i'm not going to lose this dispute because he paid me 5 times different amounts.
Simply logic.
Why would you continue to pay if you didn't recieve the first?

i'm 99% sure i will win this dispute.
it would have been much smarter to just dispute the last transaction instead of all 4.
the last transaction was $40
No one will continue to send increments of money without recieving the initial payment.
My fg logs correspond to the times the money was sent and only logic will add it up.
Had he of only disputed the 40$ he would have had a better chance of getting that back simply because it's harder to determine whether or not the final payment was issued on my end.
(which is was as u can see in the other thread)
Now that he disputed all 4 transactions, he just looks foolish because it's only going to show this is an obvious scam attempt on his behalf in the eyes of who is handling the dispute. _____________________
