I just did a successful transaction with this user, I contacted him via phone and aim and the transaction went smoothly.

the dispute/cancel is so you can't scam him

again vouch this user, was friendly and I got my fg. will be using him in the future as well

I've seen a few people trade with this guy no problems. In his thread, he also says he will use a med if required. Maybe you should just do that.
