Diablo Bank Suggestion

Ok, so i noticed in the shop there was a diablo thing setup, and i thought why not use it to its full potential so i made some guidelines and want to know what you think

The D3JSP.Org Community Bank


Bank Items:
All bank items will be submitted to *(trusty)*.
*(trusty)* can then update a list with items.
said items will be property of the d3jsp.org community.
There will be no fighting over the items.
They will be kept in an account on battle.net.
Said account information will be given to tramway, *(trusty)*,
and *(trusty2)*.



Thread:

One thread will be made in community service.
Said thread will be stickied and labeled as: Store Inventory
This list will be updated as soon as items are either
in possession of one of the trusty's or when an item has
left the store.

This thread will have NO SPAM!



Filter:

Each request will be filtered by an agreed upon standard

This is my idea of the standard (example purposes)

1. must have 25 posts (10 of those must not be in the battlefield)
2. Must be a member of jsp for atleast 10 days (i have no clue on numbers)
3. Preferably either active or semi active within the community.
4. if you have recieved from the thread once, and someone else needs something, their request will be before yours.






Acquisition of items:

The trusty will be labeled as fred. the donator will be sam.

Sam sends fred a private message saying he would like to donate.
fred will then receive the item in a private game on the jsp account.
Fred will then go into the stickied thread and post the item and major stats.





Distribution of items:

(same name scheme as acquisition of items except sam is now receiver)


Sam posts in the thread - item name, mule name, reason for need.
fred considers this, runs his info through the filter(head not some program)
if sam checks out fred will make a private game.
sam will join game, receive item.
fred will then update the thread saying the item is missing.




Thread clutter:


every time the thread goes onto a second page the oldest posts will be deleted.
this should create a cycle of as items move the thread never gets longer.



Repayment:

In order for this system to work, people must donate items.
Those that receive items there will not be a tab kept on you
but if you receive multiple items without paying anything back
your rights to use the service will be revoked.
The items do not have to be godly, but replacement with >= items will make it last.

I agree completely with this, but the Diablo - Trading subforum will/can beat any prices that the store can produce, thus making it inert.

I still think the idea of a community chest to borrow from will be taken advantage of;

Maybe if donors only or some other standard could be restrictions.

5. Only Donor Forum Access or Greater may use the bank, unless specified by a donor or greater.
6. Any Misuse of the bank will result in an instant revoke of bank priveledges.
7. If Said member is a trusted individual but not a donor or greater. they must have atleast one donor forum or greater vouche for them. if said member then misuse the bank their voucher will then have their bank priveledges revoked.

Edit:
i edited the filter a bit, i underlined what i changed so everyone can see the changes, Also if you see where i have made the wording confusing or if you dont agree with something or think you know a way to make the system better, please do not be afraid to speak up and let us know. If this is not hammered out then it wont happen. And personally, i will work like a mutha f***** just to get this to work out.




Also:
I made the filter a LOT more strict, this is mainly because everyone that i talk to about this points out the fact that it would not have been hard to misuse the system. so hopefully these stricter rules make everyone feel better.

And with rule number 7.
hopefully it will make it so people will think before they vouche. Which is something that i as a person find to be very important.
