Is it just me or do asian players have no common sense?

I usually play games in the USWest or USEast and every couple game, I would always see some asian or nonenglish speaking player. They join and they talk in korean, chinese, japanese, or whatever language that majority of us can't read. Not only that, my computer, along with other computers with English as their main language, can't decode unless we have the asian language pack installed(their messages appear as random Unicode characters since my computer cannot read any asian characters). Do they not have any common sense? We're playing in a North American server; it's obvious the majority will not be able to translate any asian language. It bugs me that these people that dumb.
Please do not get offended when I said "asian". Obviously I'm not overgeneralizing asians here- I'm only talking about those players who expect majority of USWest server players to know korean, chinese, japanese, or whatever.

A lot feel the same way about you, you know. You can't tell me an english-speaking only person never walked into a korean game. Koreans use USEast and USWest because the other servers aren't used.

I can speak diff languages to and they won't understand

Meh, Im not really that bothered either. I have lots of fun Korean/Chinese/Japanese defence maps, even tho I don't understand jack squat of the text aka unicode in them. Plenty of these peoples exsist on Europe too. Well, used to at least lol.

Depends. If they show any skill (in game skills or English speaking skills) I dont mind. But if they suck AND dont speak a word of english i drop them from the game right away.

it pisses me off that they cant go to there own freaking server ...but at like 3 in the morning wen no english speaking people are hosting games, that have low enough latancy so that i can join, i join theres and just yell at them and they yell at me but neither of us kno what the other one is saying...
