clan's shoutbox suggestion

1. make it so a clan member can see there own clan shoutbox on the front page like the clan fourms look big if your in that clan

2. make the leaders of the clan have more rights in them aka can censor shouts in it, delete shouts in it, and have the option to make it private so only clan members can use it.

3. give darkarmy a new suit so he will look even more professional

if you dont mind i love the idea but i think a tweak is in order. first off, i seen the shoutbox available for clans now, and not impressed(no offense to who made it, it does get the job done) but i think if the shoutbox on the forum index page should be copied and given to the clans, That system works nicely because mods and such can just delete shouts and such. Now im not sure if this is possible(its not in my knowledge base but it has to be possible) is to make it so only actual members of the clan can see it. i would suppose since the clan tag is auto updated that the data for that must be stored, therefore (and again, this is 100% guess, its backed up by base knowledge that could be wrong lol) somehow have the shoutbox read from that data file and if it finds that the user is not part of that clan then they wouldnt see it. OR better yet, give every user like 5 shoutbox shouts to any clan. that way they can ask to join or something (i dont know but it seems like a decent idea)
