And Jessmop's situation is not understandable. He can always drop in and say 'switch me to retired' whenever it's convenient, if his family is taking his time up.
This isn't mentioning active mods that aren't commiting to their duties.

Oh come on Nick, this has no relevance to the REAL issue in this thread. Sure, it is all right to state "Hey, Noctres isn't really a mod", but that's enough. This kind of argument is bloody stupid.

sometimes people have problems irl so they have to fix them
i wouldn't hurry and retire mod'd them ,unless they are not on for more then 3 months or so
