Bashiok stated yesterday that the version 1.13 patch has been put aside, to work on 'higher priority issues'.

Not really. Work on the patch was put on hold for a while due to higher priority issues, but it commences, and it is nearing.


'...is nearing.' sounds promising to me! Since his announcement, the thread has gained four pages of attention (remember this is not the Update Thread in my signature).
