Voted no for realism. You get drunk and you may have a nice buzz (i.e. buffed) for a bit, but if you try to drink more at once, you just get more drunk, not more buzzed.

but a level 12 wizard only has the power to heal 12 damage per turn! Using it twice only exhausts his mana pool, fizzling his power.

No, you don't understand the benefit of this then. If you would be able to have the skills stack, you would save yourselves a click or two. I mean it's annoying to keep clicking 5 times regeneration, regeneration after the old one, just click 5 times after each other..
