So Random Special is like any other special right? (Summoning, Beast Calling, Mystical Powers, etc, etc.) Does it have a DK requirement?

Lol no it is a special event that you encounter when you go traveling ( very rarely do you encounter the choice to buy a bodyguard , only happen to me twice in 7 dk ).

Haha yeah it's happened to me too, thats a mercenary not a bodyguard.
I'm talking about the bodyguard Giantbob has on his God of Ale.

Lol he is a contest character , the only character in the game that don't apply to is his giantbob of the ale lol. He didn't say he make it easy , that dude supposely got like 115 dk on that hacked character.

Ok guys, chill down 
To understand about the bodyguard you can go buy yourself a room in the inn and then READ the text provided before you pay ~
And yes, I remade my char from central (and gave it some extras seeing as most of you have 500+ HP (just to make it fair) ). The race you WIN by defeating Giantbob is the Storm Giant race - which tosses boulders.
And to answer Rand's other question:
PvP does not remove racial buffs. Meaning a troll still gets his + att, the elf still gets his + def - the only race that is not using its racial buffs @ pvp is the elementals.
