to leave a clan go to this page here

its the clans page

and on the top clan ( if your in a clan that will be yours click the leave button )
it might ask for convermation just click ok for that

then to join a clan go to this page

http://www.d3jsp.org/clans.php

and click the join button that is beside the clan you want to join
