Why would you send first to him?
He has 1 rep and it's from a banned user.
Open a case on your payment if you didn't send as gift.

it was as gift but still opened a case as unauthorized access, but its just 12 bucks not much of a deal still will try to get a refund, at least paypal replied that the money has been locked for now |
